The first ever Coolbet Open was played on 1-6 May at Hilton Tallinn Park.
The Main Event had 425 entries, of which 317 of them were unique entries, creating a prize pool of more than €200,000. On top of that, the players in the Main Event could also win added prizes for more than €30,000.
The winner of the first Coolbet Open Main Event was Sebastian Wahl from Finland, who defeated the Dutch poker pro Sander Floris van Wesemael heads up for the title. Wahl could take home €50,100 as well as a €5,000 package to Las Vegas and a €1,200 package to the next Coolbet Open.
